Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and AI Business Advisor, concerning your access to and use of our website and services. You agree that by accessing or using our services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are prohibited from using our website and services and you must discontinue use immediately.

Services

AI Business Advisor provides AI-powered business consulting services to businesses in South Africa. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• AI assessment and implementation strategies
• Process automation and optimization
• Data analysis and business intelligence
• Strategic planning and resource allocation
• Team training and capability development

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the services.

Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you select. All fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change upon 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services.

All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual Property

The AI Business Advisor website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by AI Business Advisor, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by South African and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms and Conditions permit you to use the website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI Business Advisor, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
